Just create a new folder, copy three aspx files in the download into that folder and then ftp your photos (any size) into the folder. Then just navigate to that folder in your favorite browser and voila you will get thumbnailed list of images.
When you click the thumbnail you are taken to a page with the full sized image. All the colors, backgrounds etc are fully customizable. Only files with extensions of .jpg are supported. Requirements: ยท Webserver able to run ASP.NET pages
